Privacy Policy
At Kandrivo S.R.L. ("Kandrivo", "we") we take the protection of personal data seriously for everyone who visits kandrivo.com or requests information about our real estate crowdlending services. This document explains, in plain language, what data we process, why, on which legal basis and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kandrivo S.R.L., with registered office at Av. Arce N° 2799, Multicentro Building, 12th floor, La Paz, Bolivia. FUNDEMPRESA registration 00458921-2022, Tax ID 372184026019. You can contact us at privacidad@kandrivo.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data we need to run the site and answer your enquiries: full name, email address and the content of the message you send us through the form. If you accept analytics or advertising cookies, we also receive device identifiers, browsing information and interaction data with Google Ads and GA4.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is used to reply to your requests, send you information about active projects, keep the accounting and regulatory records required by Bolivian regulation and —only with your consent— run statistical measurements and segmented advertising campaigns.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your freely given, specific and informed consent; the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you; the fulfilment of applicable legal obligations in Bolivia; and the legitimate interest of Kandrivo in keeping the site secure.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for and, afterwards, for the legal periods required by Bolivian tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering regulation.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email, analytics, Google Ads) under contracts that guarantee an adequate level of protection, and with competent authorities when we have a legal obligation to do so.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers process information outside of Bolivia. In those cases we require contractual clauses that ensure standards equivalent to Bolivian data protection regulation.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw the consent granted. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@kandrivo.com; we will reply within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures —TLS encryption, role-based access control, monitoring and backups— to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or service improvements. The current version will always be available on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top.
