kandrivo.com is a digital information channel about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Bolivia. The site does not constitute a public offering of securities nor a personalised investment recommendation; every decision must be taken after assessing the specific project and, if needed, with independent professional advice.
2. Registration and contact
The contact form is free and voluntary to use. By completing it you declare that the data entered is truthful and that you are over 18 years old.
3. Permitted use
You can consult, print and share the content of kandrivo.com for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you respect the integrity of the material and credit the source. Automated scraping, reverse engineering and any use intended to compete with Kandrivo are prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, trademarks, logos, images and other elements on the site belong to Kandrivo or its licensors, and are protected by Bolivian Copyright Law No. 1322 and the applicable international treaties.
5. Limitation of liability

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of La Paz, unless the law provides otherwise.
